Brittany is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Communication at UCSB. She received her BA in Psychology from California State University of Fullerton in 2017 and her MS in Psychology from Arizona State University in 2022. Brittany’s academic and research interests are in social media research with a specific interest in online harassment, video game and social media addiction, and deception within online spaces.
