Ava Mar

Ava is a 4th year Communication Major pursuing a Professional Writing Minor and a Technology Management Certificate. She is intrigued by the study of Communication's real-life applicability and potential for positive improvement in interpersonal relationships. Ava has been a Social Media Intern at the Department since Spring 2019, where she has applied multiple years of professional experience in event planning, content creation, marketing, and design. After graduating in Spring 2022, Ava will join Pottery Barn's corporate team as a Web Content Coordinator. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, she enjoys baking, graphic design, and the ocean.
